Business Leadership is an undergraduate course that explores the distinctions and overlaps between management and leadership. The topics will analyze the essential skills and resources required for effective business leadership, while also scrutinizing leadership within various contexts. While exploring the crucial role of strategic leadership in navigating change in today's rapidly evolving and unpredictable world.
