Learner Outcomes: 

Outcomes, skills and competencies measured by this certification exam include: Exam 1: create and validate documentation; perform continuous collaboration with customer; create and configure Apps and templates; create and manage processes; modify an existing data model; import, export and manage data; configure security in Office 365; configure security settings, Outlook add-in, and email integration; Integrate with Office 365; create, configure and maintain Microsoft Flows, manage environments, solutions and applications; and perform system administration and quality assurance. Exam 2: configure general settings, product and service pricing, and bookable resources; integrate other tools with Field Service; describe the work order lifecycle; create and manage work orders, and manage incidents; manage scheduling options; implement the schedule board and the Schedule Assistant; configure Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) and Universal Resource Scheduling; install and configure the mobile app and manage mobile projects; manage inventory and purchasing and product returns; create and manage agreements and customer assets.

Instruction: 

Exam 1 and 2: These certification exams assess individuals’ skills and competencies in an online proctored format or at an authorized test center. 

Credit recommendation: 

Exam 1 and 2: In the associate/certificate degree category, 2 semester hours in Information Technology, Computer Information Science, or Business Administration (6/19). NOTE: Students must successfully complete both MB-200 Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core and MB-240 Dynamics 365 for Field Service. Care should be given to avoid duplication of credit. MB-200 Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate is a component of multiple certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate; Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate; and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Marketing Functional Consultant Associate.
