Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate

Outcomes, skills and competencies measured by this certification exam include: Exam 1: create and validate documentation; perform continuous collaboration with customer; create and configure Apps and templates; create and manage processes; modify an existing data model; import, export and manage data; configure security in Office 365; configure security settings, Outlook add-in, and email integration; Integrate with Office 365; create, configure and maintain Microsoft Flows, manage environments, solutions and applications; and perform system administration and quality assurance. Exam 2: configure sales settings, processes and integration with external sales applications; create and configure sales visualizations; create and manage leads and opportunities; create and manage quotes, sales order processing and product and product catalog.
Exam 1 and 2: These certification exams assess individuals’ skills and competencies in an online proctored format or at an authorized test center.
Exam 1 and 2: In the lower division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 2 semester hours in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or Information Science (6/19). NOTE: Student must successfully complete both MB-200 Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core AND MB-210 Dynamics 365 for Sales. Care should be given to avoid duplication of credit. MB-200 Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate is a component of multiple certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate; Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate; and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Marketing Functional Consultant Associate.
