The National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS) has welcomed Richelle LaPolt as evaluation associate. Ms. LaPolt started her new position in January 2022.

In her new role, Ms. LaPolt is responsible for addressing student, college, and client needs; answering prospective business inquiries; handling financial records, and accounting tasks; organizing office operations and procedures; and performing administrative and clerical duties to help the organization fulfill its mission. 

Ms. LaPolt has more than 30 years of experience in higher education working with students, faculty, administrators, and professionals. She spent 20 years working for numerous offices at SUNY Oneonta, five years working for the Office of Enrollment Management at SUNY Empire State College, and six years working at the University at Albany in both the University Police Department and the University Libraries. Her work experience includes customer relations management functions; processing email inquiries; marketing and donor thank you campaigns; event management; website maintenance; financial and budget tracking; electronic mailings; customer service; database management; and office management.

Ms. LaPolt holds an Associate in Science degree in Business Administration from SUNY Cobleskill and has continued her love of lifelong learning through credit-bearing and certificate coursework.
