Create and save new documents in Word; format documents in Word; create worksheets in Excel; add charts and calculate formulas in Excel; create slide shows in PowerPoint; present overhead presentations in PowerPoint.

Word processing concepts and skills; spreadsheet terminology, concepts, and skills; presentation applications and slide shows.
Credit recommendation:
In the lower division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 1 semester hour as Computer Software Applications (10/08) (12/09)(5/14 Administrative Review). NOTE: Microsoft Office Trilogy - Basic (052), Microsoft Office Trilogy - Intermediate (247), and Microsoft Office Trilogy - Advanced (248) are sequential and when taken consecutively are comparable to a 3 semester hour course in Computer Software Applications. *NOTE: Course numbers on transcripts may reflect different prefixes depending upon where a course is offered.
