Learner Outcomes: 

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to perform maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on centrifugal pumps used in power plants.

Instruction: 

Major topics include: types and uses of centrifugal pumps; disassembly; inspection; assembly; mechanical seals; use of precision measuring instruments. Practical exercises provide extensive hands-on experience.

Credit recommendation:
