Learner Outcomes: 

Course 3: Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: identify types of musical theatre auditions; discuss materials for auditions; plan business strategies to market oneself before and after auditions; develop networking strategies; discuss how to prepare marketing materials: headshots, resumes, websites; discuss genres of material for musical theatre auditions; discuss the important players one will encounter at auditions (director, choreographer, producer, etc.); discuss the benefits of signing with an agent or manager versus the benefits of freelancing and self-representation; and discuss production contracts and union rules and regulations.

Instruction: 
Course 3: This course familiarizes students with the business of musical theatre and provides advanced business information to help prepare themselves as savvy, self-employed performers.
